Our main character for today's game is Spencer. He is well experienced businessman that works for thirty years. His hotel chain makes him one of the most influential businessmen in the field of tourism. He decides that it is about time that he enters some novelty in his business. He decides to buy an old farm and to make a villa where he would accept guests that would enjoy the village tourism. For that occasion, he comes on a farm that is pretty much devastated. His idea is to buy it completely and to find the best location for his Villa.
